My Delight Cupcakery has breakfast cupcakes: pancake batter with bacon mixed in, more bacon on top and drizzled with maple syrup. In case you a bacon cupcake right now and feel like driving to 909 for it. :) (It's in Upland)
@Nancy, that sounds amazing...you know, my sweet cupcake on mission in south pasadena does a maple and bacon cupcake that's pretty good...not as elaborate as the one you described, but good.
