All Mixed Up: On the Road

We moved from Los Angeles to Baltimore County in April, 2013.

We moved AGAIN four months later to Baltimore City.

Turns out, boxes are all the toys they need.

Laura Mauk: I've written and/or edited for Paper, Bookforum, Allure, Architectural Digest and Western Interiors & Design magazines. I'm now married and a mama. My family is one part Mexican, Scottish and Danish (that's me); one part West Indian (my husband is from the British Virgin Islands); and two parts all of the above (my not-so-spitting images, Sabine and Zadie). In the words of one of my in-laws, we are "all mixed up." This is a record of our life and adventures--currently, in the city of Baltimore.
